Zero refund policy. All sales are final. Should there be an issue with an item we will be happy to address the problem and work with you if an item needs repaired or replaced.

We are not responsible for length of shipping time. We are not responsible or liable for what happens to products during shipping once they leave our care. The customer is responsible to contacting the shipping company should an item be damaged during shipment. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs and deciding priority.
